pool and beach setup were amazing

staff at the spa were a bit disdainful making me feel very uncomfortable and forgetting that in the end

the restaurant and pool bar were amazing, decent wifi) finally a hotel in the us with slippers

2 pools, kids and adults. walking distance to 41st street shops and restaurants.

the adult pool was not heated therefore we had to stay in the kids pool.

is not a pool really disappointed as i dont like the beach too much

hotel charge extra money on spot as resort fee no swimming pool room has no kettle no coffee tea or any

shower head would leak on the floor and not enough pressure, better parking for the guest and no breakfast the

breakfast options, a pool or spa but i still loved my stay

from the staff to the cleanliness and obviously our complimentary early check in

kitchen in the studio was great, has complete setup - dishes, glasses, even pots

the two toilets would definitely be a pro when travelling with the kids

useful to have kitchen and washing machine facilities for longer stay

my apartment (#512) for 2 people could be enough for a family with a child or with two small kids

hotel doesn t have it s own gym but they provide free passes to a nice gym few blocks away.

the hotel does not have a gym onsite but they provide daily passes to a gym that is about a 1/2 mile walk which

very friendly staff, very walkable locations, highly recommend the bar with the jazz music

the only upsetting part was we were not aware of the pool bar being under construction.

we did not use the complimentary light breakfast, nor the bar or restaurant, but this looked very nice and

our last night a family with kids were up at 4:00 am door opening and slamming across the hall form us
