wet smell on hall carpet, id imagine from people going to their rooms wet from pool area.

the wifi was not working room smelled like mold the shower wasn't working right front desk was rude

short staffing is common everywhere! very understandable. good training experience for pet.

full kitchen, great room, comfortable beds

had to walk through a full kitchen and laundry room in order to access my stairs case

the spa tub was relaxing and so nice and clean

it was like home. having access to the kitchen was awesome.

t like that the restaurant in house and the bar was only open on the weekends as we were there in the middle
