had roses placed in the room before we got there, place us on a high floor, and then at night, room service

requested late check out, which was approve at free of charge, when we asked to stay until 3 pm, then answer

also the late check out fee with my next flight being so late in the day

of people checking out - very small room and small toilet, very worn out - no restaurant and no room

no pool or drinking fountains to refill bottles

no room service for simple things like towels/coffee refills etc.

the current construction in the area near the hotel area. no swimming pool.

i wish they had a pool but i certainly understand why they do not.

breakfast was abysmal for a 4 stars hotel and the room service for breakfast was almost non-existent

i wanted to see more local people in the bar having fun, instead of having to go out and find a bar in the cold

the reception area is fun/pretty ~ the roof top bar is great

on site restaurant was delicious - included breakfast - delicious can t wait to come

although breakfast was great it took some time to be served.

the gym was clean, updated and just needed better

internet, no wifi in the room, have to go near the reception

poor staffing, smelly room, broken fixtures, very slow wifi, long wait for checking out..

bathroom a bit sketch, wifi not the fastest plastic rose flowers adorning mirror .
