gym (can be improved a little and there were some missing dumbells but nothing drastic) and a laundry room (that

breakfast bar was very expensive for what we got.

lady in the morning by the breakfast bar was very rude and nasty to me

late night and i can’t remember the last time i’ve been able to sleep in with my job and kids but housekeeping

is awful- bananas so overripe as to be inedible (black and disgusting), cereal choices only kids would like

the bar service (mr. josep) was amazing and the room was clean when i need it.

we were not warned that would be the case booking the size room we did, so that as hard with the kids

the convenience of having a great place to stay with an excellent restaurant and bar on the premises, so no need

everyone from front desk to room service and food service was great

room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the bar and bartenders were awesome

breakfast spread, everything is clean and cozy

we especially loved the bar and outside areas

and the breakfast is

the rooms are clean, modern, spacious with fireplaces and whirlpool tubs in several rooms

wifi was good and the location of the hotel was perfect

the room, the pool/hottub sauna, gym, ambiance. location

to boot, we absolutely loved the pool and my young son did not want to leave

my kids had a great time and the location is perfect

room service meal was hot and fresh

the decor of the hotel is exceptional, the pool and jacuzzi were love, and the room was beautiful
