my favorite motel out of 2 week vacation. loved relaxing in the indoor pool.

the entrance doors and parking lot was very unsightly as a matter of fact i almost didn't check in

like staffing , but dams no swimming pool , but online they put there was swimming pool when i reached there i

the room was way bigger than i expected and the spa was a lovely end to a long day

room was beautiful, the spa tub was wonderful and the bed was comfortable

parking lot was to small. very hard to get ahold of anyone by phone or email.

the pool was perfect great temp and they even had clean towls for you

we were in number 9 with a full kitchen and living room

wifi signal was not very strong-kept disconnecting

around the kitchen area was old crumbs and food

microwave and fireplace didn t work. other than that, it was pleasant.

trying to relax at night in the hot tub there are little kids that are not being supervised running around and

we loved watching all the kids playing in the inflatables

yas wifi was very weak, no breakfast and i'm a family man

the indoor water park was too small for my little man, so he said

dining facilities and a bar was in the building so, you did not have to go anywhere if you did not want to

we couldn't used the gym, even tho it says 24/7 breakfast was bad, customer service was the worst

to covid the breakfast was not the normal as it was bagged by staff and cereal , yogurt and juices

the pool heater wasn't working so we couldn't use it, pool area was clean and roomy, the spa tub was nice

the wifi did not work at all had to use data on our phones

everything was great. kids had fun, wife and i relaxed. definitely will come back.

only issue i had was that with no outside drinks allowed, i noticed drinking water in the pool areas is quite

trying to check in the music was so loud (some program for kids was going to start soon) that i couldn’t hear

like i m your personal service but then couldn t provide us any service like set us spa appointments
