my only thing is pool was not open, but not the hotal fault, covid.

travelled with 3 kids and the breakfast wasn't as expected

wifi was reasonable

also so appreciated the gym and having a pool although the pool is quite small

quick and easy check in and out free parking complimentary breakfast very nice rooms

was great, clean room, hot shower, small kitchen was great

don't think there was anything, we are from london ontario, so we had to take my husband and my kids ashes back

parking can be somewhat tight sometimes

parking lot seemed sketchy at night and pool was to far.

it is the most family friendly hotel i have stayed at. my kids loved it.

i did like the bed. also the laundry don't need to buy detergent and bounce.

the room has a lot of space and the bed is comfortable! the breakfast has a variety of food!

concierge didn t tell us where to go for breakfast or give us wifi. we had to come back to ask

the spa bath was amazing, and the complimentary soap and such was lovely

also, check their actual website for spa deal, unfortunately i couldnt get it because of covid

we spent the evening enjoying tea and treats having great conversation with family around the fireplace

not a very comfortable bed, bad wifi (weak signal and regular disconnects).

dead bee inside room and dry leaves, given that 2 small kids along with us

the location was great and the room service staff were very helpful and friendly

i ordered a room with a hot tub and a fireplace and we got neither and were given a terrible room and charged

there were no water machine and wet towels in the gym.

can be considered to equip self laundry service.

the parking right outside the room the pool was nice clean and warm great location to downtown ottawa and great

kitchen space was too small. beside that it was fine. thank you.
