fast service and very friendly staff:) lovely bar and the hotel was beautiful

forgot to leave wifi details in the room, i had to call someone to

the new gym and spa is amazing

the mini bar was on the pricey side. some of room decor (eg a phrenology model!) was a bit odd.

wifi was so slow to be unusable

room service at 2am was great, but slightly pricy.

bar staff were not too happy to see us even though the bar was quiet

wasn't aware of any wifi? other than that i loved the whole thing

location fantastic room - fully fitted out with washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, two

wifi, no help with wifi, the room was too small, especially shower

friendly staff, lovely bar with cocktails, balloon and note left for birthday

we were two adults staying 2 nights in the horrendous manchester rain and there was nowhere to even hang our

showers were nice. kitchen was nice. lighting was nice. air con was nice.

room service would have been good also so we could get food and drinks after the bar/restaurant was

i went to order room service and was told the kitchen was closed to a private event and told to try some local

although i didn t purchase anything from the mini bar or snacks they were very well stocked, plenty of choice

the staff were fantastic and helpful and met all our needs with an early check in etc

wifi wasn t reliable lift didn t work for the full 5 days maybe full breakfast options would

areas of the hotel smelled clean and fresh the rooms are large and exceptionally well presented bar and restaurant

was told to order room service through the app - i did and it went to the london hotel

when they decided on times on day 2 we was checking out so we missed out if they had an area for kids that would

decor was lovely staff were helpful and friendly gym was nice and clean

were very friendly, and helpful in reception and the bar

limited menu for kids

didn't use spa but facilities looked good

nothing at all other than a mute button for the kids in the corridor early morning!!

you could go the gym and swimming for free

great value for money and i love the fact that all profits go to the ymca to help local kids

prefer room service and also the bed was not very comfortable
