it would have been more useful if the visitor book described what kitchen facilities were available upon request

free wifi and parking

large rooms, king size bed, free wi-fi, spa bath, pool, a/c, great shower pressure, comfortable environment

gaming room and bar downstairs. central to everything, check in and out so easy and quick

reception 24 hours. great room service

not to mention the food from romeo and juliettes restaurant and room service is outstanding

like the feel of the place and our room back onto the laundry so we could hear people putting laundry on

room service was great

hotels that are the luxury brands at the beach but they're big concrete jungles and you can't get wifi and they

need more condiments (only 2 sugars) and no offer of milk. and no wifi like booked.

having a kitchenette but it wasn t the staff s fault, the pool did not look like the pictures and we had

the pool, that it had everything in the kitchen to cook besides a flip

the pool area is always clean and is a great atmosphere

we ordered room service from the menu and the food was exceptional.

a queen bed, small wardrobe and a bench with a small fridge, microwave and kettle (instead of a kitchenette)
