the first being the sales people from the spa and the vacation club

the screen door was broken, wifi was sketchy and barely any light and god forbid you were missing minor essentials

the wifi connection was slow

i love this resort. i have stayed many times. the kids love the aqua parc and the cove.

have too much pork for breakfast how you have 10 pork products but not 1 beef or turkey or soy products

spa services are a little bit over price but good services.

i also liked the access to the other resorts and their pools

watered down quite a bit; the food was so-so; some of the staff were not friendly at all; the gym was swarming

very open and airy. close to pools shops, restaurants. excellent service everywhere

the only thing at night room service is very slow.

the pool and beach never close, which is a great thing as

distance of the spa even though i understood to an extent the strategy behind having it located where it is

staff, the pools, beach, bar at the pool and in the lounge, restaurants the food was well prepare

the spa was very difficult to book, but once we managed to get a timeslot, it became immediately

pool was also lovely even that i only stayed at the beach

the service of some staffs was not correct. very slow wifi. the food served was not hot

would have liked a laundry service on-site, a self-service facility

i used the gym, it is small but very convenient

the breakfast, lunch and dinner very filling. entertainment was great.

it was nice that we were also able to upgrade our room so we went from a view of the parking lot to a view of

the food and the pool

staff were incredible, the restaurants, beach, spa, gym, chill vibes, bars

portions a little small but the buffet or room service is available all the time

rooms was excellent and whenever i ask for any type of room service it was always on time

room service menu needs to be upgraded especially now with the covid gathering restrictions

was horrible, spa facilities were lacking, food was not gourmet, no beach to walk, overpriced for what it is -

were clean, front desk staff were extremely helpful with checking in and out, allowing late check out for a

friendly excellent service from them all also the food was excellent never had a problem with breakfast lunch

during my stay, i found that the property was beautiful beaches, pool, gym

the food the drinks the pool and definitely the beach
