expected and great value for money on waterfront with a bus stop outside hotel is also a busy bar and restaurant

playing pool in the bar area were noisy and distracting

had to pay to use gym and leisure facilities even though i was a guest

room struggled to reach a wifi connection; we informed the reception of this several times and, although they

pet friendly (apart from restaurant) but managed to eat in the bar

outdoor spa and pool facilities.

our favourite things were the food and the spa bath in our room

found hair in the drain of the tub wifi was very weak, otherwise comfortable the meals were super and the staff

the downstairs dining area was lovely and clean and the little bar was ideal & the food was excellent

wifi did not work in the end room, the signal booster worked once we went into the hallway

the larger size would struggle there was a dog staying in the room opposite us so i am guessing pets are allowed

wifi in room 8 was terrible.

unfortunately the kitchen was also directly above my bedroom so come 8am you could hear people moving around

good wifi. a bit too loud as the room was exactly under the kitchen. but otherwise all was fine

breakfast was great , staff lit the fire for us so it was warm ams cosy .
