no parking and property is a bit run down

bar is lovely

the best thing was the friendly, helpful member of staff (there was just one, for the bar and reception) and

but i would visit the bar and chippy again

wifi didnt work in room

the room was sold as mountain view but actually looked over a parking lot and garden

would be good if bar menu was extended/available early evening

the bar area is very small but cosy but if the place is at full capacity this could be over crowded

the cost, and if i had stayed for two nights i would have enjoyed a more relaxed a la carte or bar menu

this is down to the staff and the warmth of the lounge and bar area, where you can sit, read, have a cuppa or

bad wifi, tv sky remote doesn t work.

was great, only slight down point was the electric shower with poor pressure, however the spa bath makes up for

location very close to glasgow nice place to take your pet staff very hard working and friendly superb

the bar was good with friendly locals and good choice for food

especially the bar man in the gin bar, he completely made our stay with his excellent knowledge and great chat

restaurants, dram bar and spa/ gym facilities were great

wifi wasn t great room had no signal and toilet seat was wonky and i was overcharged but got the

spa pool room

does not have a kids club or play park

breakfast was great , staff lit the fire for us so it was warm ams cosy .

to us they gave us upgrade,, which we were surprised but the room was downstairs,, just under kitchen and dining

reliable wifi

unfortunately the kitchen was also directly above my bedroom so come 8am you could hear people moving around
