the wifi did not work

we asked for something off the main menu and something from the room service menu, to be served to the table

the rooms were comfortable & clean, the staff were polite & friendly & there was ample parking.

on site parking and parking on road outside too

stayed there 3 times in last 3 months great place great staff great breakfast

beautiful location. family hotel. lovely gardens and plentiful parking.

wifi in room 11 doesn't really function properly

honesty bar downstairs quiet location, but easy to walk to restaurants

the 2 person bath/spa was spectacular

quirky and unique, the layout of the hotel is great especially for the kids to explore

wouldn t expect full english if kitchen is closed but would have been nice to have the option of continental

wifi not working

shower kept going cold (and is positioned weirdly) but there was a spa bath, so as long as you're not too set

the bar tender

staff very attentive and the bar room is so quirky and it s rooms are sensational i m working my way through

i was unable to sleep all night as staff were doing laundry with machines on till the early hours (in an adjacent

wifi was not working on the day of my arrival

good wifi and desk to catch up with some work

but there was music from a beach bar playing on both nights until very late at night

the loud music until very late at night, because of this i wouldn t bring my kids here

helpful friendly staff. lots of little extras in the room. great gym pool & spa food was good

there was no room service, the kitchen was already closed when we enquired at 8pm.
