the fireplace in the common area was soooooo smoky

from the spa to the bed to the view

amazing, even the reception had games and a rack of movies for you to play in the room and had a pool table and

there is alpaca feeding, tennis, pool table and games

there wasn t any wifi in the rooms (which many may not be used to) they did supply free dvds and

there is a nice deck out the back and good off street parking out the back as well

plenty of parking

free parking multiple entry vintage building style

yeah the spa was really great and relaxing but it needs to be sealed around the plug

the room was clean and neat, private bathroom with the spa was great

limited off-street parking (roadworks in progress out front)

may a little bar fridge in the rooms would be good.

easy parking

have liked a little bar fridge in the room, and spa bath didn't really work properly only moved water around no

a 10 minutes walk to town which we appreciated rather than being further out and struggle with parking

wifi not great

great spot, really comfortable rooms, nice views and pool was a bonus.

they have a bar area with amazing views and piano

location was great. beautiful property felt like i was in a movie. also free laundry!!

fire place and spa bath in the room, bed was super comfortable

well equipped room, and unlike most places the wifi worked well in my room

enough space with a small kitchenette

great parking clean easy to find

the car parking was a little tight, though no fault of the motel.

small kitchenette with a toaster and microwave oven was definitely a plus point to choose this motel

great heating and free wifi access was also available

we scanned the compendium sign it was supposed to tell us the wifi password but neither of us saw anything

laundry and dryer, ironing facilities are good too

the cupboards we could not open and we were placed next to the laundry which smelled

had a nice stay here just for one night a great bargain with a kitchenette and comfortable bed

i would not recommend this lovely historical hotel to families (with kids that is)

ample parking

the spa was broken while we were there.

both the fridge and the air con worked noiselessly, the wifi was good and there was plenty of free parking

greeted us walked us to our room and showed us how to use aircon and gave us wifi password very
