was a small resort with amenities like pool, gym, restaurant , spa , coffee shop, concierge

parking can be tricky when there is a wedding or conference going on

were over the restaurant/kitchen and it was noisy

i liked the fact that we were able to go out to the parking lot from the kitchen back door in the apartment

wasn t clearly marked on where the entrance was for the breakfast

breakfast was satisfactory.

there were ants on kitchen counter staff took care of immediately

the kids loved feeding the animals, swimming in the pool, playing on the playground, mini golf, and of course

the hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. many amenities to keep the kids busy!

the room was close to the office and easily accessible from our parking spot

the parking situation.. half of the lot was closed so it was hard to park with a bigger truck.

first room smelled of smoke. 2nd room a bit better. pool was filthy would not let kids swim.

the fireplaces in all the rooms are fantastic and an excellent idea

i wanted to go into the hot tub, but there were older kids in there, splashing each other, & they stayed there

and so we called and spoke with a very helpful staff member who made sure we got our key and parking information

restaurant on the grounds was very convenient and even have a bar to have a drink, a beer or glass of wine

i liked that even though it wasn't a handicap bathroom, there were grab bars and a good stong spray shower

the bar restraunt being on the premises good food good atmosphere

the place was pet friendly, the green parts around the hotel are not clean

pool was small and located near the parking lot

guest complained about taking their kids through the bar area to find the front desk
