great parking lot

pool wasn t working the entire stay, ice only on first floor, gym closed

breakfast was delicious

breakfast could have been better.

my husband had gone downstairs to ask for some plates, and the lady in the kitchen gave him two plates at first

the indoor pool was nice

and good breakfast

the breakfast was always hot and fresh

great staff, safe location. nice and clean rooms. pet friendly with extra fee and $100 deposit.

we were traveling with our pet, a senior dog, it was so nice to have the ground floor

parking behind the building had a substantial lake in it rendering many parking spots unusable

after having dinner so about 10pm and there was only a total of six cars in their sold out parking lot

accommodated our early check in

coffee maker and idk where the breakfast was but it definitely wasn't there

room at 3:30 in the afternoon and they told me to windsor be ready at 2 o clock i paid 170 for spa bath and

no hot water for 1 day parking lot was full one night $25 damage deposit was unnecessary

once i parked, which was in the back of the building where available parking is and had to walk around to the

pool has been closed for a month.

bed was broken, it stink, hallways, laundry room nasty

at reception were not welcoming at all no explanations you have to ask to locate your room, wifi password, car

also i went to a laundry mat to wash my clothes before my return trip home

elevator and pet friendly.

totally is soaked by weed and smoking

i had reserved a king size smoking room seen smoking room on the email twice but was denied a room change

smoking room had a large bed, clean bathroom and didn't smell
