spa was quite small and none of the drains had working stoppers for the tub or the spa

you ask for room service you're not getting it

a big enough parking lot had to park on the side of the building far away from the door with my 2 kids

room was in a premium location, close to parking, breakfast, and all amenities (presidential suite)

breakfast around 8am was running out of coffee cups and eggs, milk and had not been replenished

the whole point of our stay was the king suite with spa tub and the pool

wifi not strong enough in some rooms. the rooms could be cleaner and have better ventilation.

i wasn't given any information on how to access wifi so i had to use my plan with limited minutes for the 2

floor a of my room turned my feet black, i didn t like that we were not given the wifi password, i didn t

he changed my room to a one with a better wifi connection and was happy for me to have a late check out without

the wifi wasn t working and my bed had a lot of hair from previous
