pool was so cold

loved it here... kids loved the pool with the lake in the background

no refrigerator in room. wifi didn t work in the outer room

wifi was spotty and weak, the room was old and smelly, had a hole in the ceiling and peeling paint

advertised as having a mountain view, is just mainly a view of the parking lot

pool is not heated but was still comfortable--it's 'heated' by

the pool was cleaned every day and the flowers were gorgeous

wifi is very unreliable--enjoy the town and the property and don't plan on using your phone or

parking, but it works.

parking is difficult. our car got backed into.

also many of the exercise machines in the gym dont work

kept me awake on the last night with kids running in and out of rooms

kids playing in hallway don't get me wrong i love kids but i teach then *quiet while walking thru

this property also has villa accommodations that are more contemporary, in addition to an outdoor pool, lake

cooked breakfast outside overlooking the lake great beach with a view that is spectacular a pool and kayaks if

pool just ok better to go

was a very comfortable stay great to have breakfast included

there was a microwave in the bedroom and parking was convenient

water filter broken in gym room, staff notified and still it was not fixed

my kids like pool

was under the impression i would be getting a cabin with a kitchen, deck and private barbecue

cabin was well stock with kitchen appliances, dishes and cups etc

the furniture, kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom & bedroom was exceptional

no common area(kitchen table) or couch as show in pictures

room was near of staircase noisy with kids running up and down from 6 to 9 pm to the pool

spa and the hours were perfect

gym small, but adequate

due to the pandemic circumstances, no room service.
