the wifi was terrible

pool not large but very welcome on hot day

room said a fax phone ,radio mini bar and toileteries the mini bar was just an empty fridge ,toiletries for them

shame we could not use the pool but it was april

we loved the exceptionally clean and well equipped gym

big car parking + everything is in finca-style + bar is really really nice, quality of wine, cheese etc

for bar soap that didn t even foam (adding shower gels,shampoo bottles would be nice) -no cups -wifi connection

however hotel staff gave directions to easy to find free parking in centre of town

spa shower was under repair so not able to use.

all quite dated,spa/wellness completed outdated and in some instances simply broken,wifi spotty

we got a dayroom for our pet while we were going to the caminito del rey

spa was exclusive to us- and therefore expensive

the only other area i would address is the gym and spa

no pool.

plus that there is bar opened till 22 and you can drink beer to not think about the negativities

we dined in the evening in the bar restaurant as the hotel one wasn t open

the bar a bit dirty looking. didn't see a lift though only one high floor.

close to our intended destination for the day, great bar on site with real fire and serving great food

property is very clean,love that the bar and restaurant are just downstairs , spacious parking

and the adjacent bar opens 24 hours so i could grab a quick beer before bed

the hotel is situated a short walk from the centre of colmenar and has plenty of free street parking

hotel seemed quiet but there is a bar downstairs which was good

friendly staff, comfortable room with a nice balcony. above a bar with very nice tapas.

checking in with philip and my welcome drink to his charming father and the amazing hard working bar staff to

paid for half board for myself, partner and toddler but had to pay extra for kids meal at dinner time

hotel was perfect for our family of young kids and a great location to quickly head to the airport the following

beautiful hotel, friendly staff, the spa area was lovey and the roof terrace was brilliant

kids are not allowed in the spa zone, even though they are the ones who want it most.

would love the hotel to run a small bar in reception although i understand drinks can be ordered from the roof

there is a bar and a late night food place across the street so the street can be noisy but we didn t hear

wifi security popped up so didn't seem to be a secure wifi service.
