excellent facilities, pool, grounds, everything so clean and well kept

pets allowed in dining room, therefore had dinner from room service menu in our small room

the setting is really beautiful, not too big and the pool magnificent (quiet, calm, relaxing)

wifi was poor unfortunately

we used the spa and had possibly the best massage ever

would be nice if the mini bar in the room had more than just water.

and alexandro on the bar were amazing

the food you could order at the cafeteria/ bar area was superb

friendly, family run hotel in nice location. good bar and restaurant. excellent wifi in bedroom.

advert said parking garage but there isn't one but i was able to park the bike around the back (on gravel)

but have a look at the months when the pool area is open cuz when we went there it was

location, welcoming staff, comfortable room, plenty of free parking.

the hotel is situated a short walk from the centre of colmenar and has plenty of free street parking

plus the bar doesn t open for coffee until a bit later with no tea/coffee facilities in the room

hotel seemed quiet but there is a bar downstairs which was good

wifi did not reach the room.

i would have liked having a mini fridge in the room. pool opens from mid june :)

i didn't use the gym but the pool was open at 10:00 so were able to swim before checking out

great location, super friendly staff and fantastic rooftop bar with great food and service

the room was perfect for a family of 4, the twin beds for the kids were so convenient

late check out and allowed us full use of the roof top terrace and spa facilities until our late

the pool bar offer could be of greater quality, the gym is really too small

the wifi was not working in my room, it was next to the hotel toilet and there was noisy even in the

only challenge was that there was no availability in the spa when i was there, but then that's my problem for

super central location, bars and cafe on every corner, views over the streets, but a few feet walk and there

no bar or dining room

they allowed us an extra hour before check out and a slightly early check in as well
