very private with own balcony and we loved the fireplace

only criticism was the terribly dry and inedible buns used on the room service beef burgers

there are loads of places to relax on the grounds (next to the pool or by the lawn on the sun), plus lots of

lovely clean and fresh pool with a cute caravan for self service drinks

the satff amazing and the breakfast and dinner amazing the headland walk lovely and they send the bus to pick

cafe's, restaurants, cocktail bar and movie theatre all on sight

no wifi

it is ideally situated, the rooms are beautiful, good parking, lots of restaurants close by, and a minute's

no trouble finding parking

was not aware of the wifi situation but then we didn't look for it.

the other thing which was a little odd was having no sink in the kitchen area, the only sink is in the bathroom

parking only street parking which may present a challenge to some.

during my three day stay, there was no room service, this was very disappointing

no room service or resaurant for evening meal

the room door was ill fitted, we could hear too much noise from the parking area

kitchenette has a kettle and toaster

parking is great for larger vechiles

it also has an onsite ev charger

reception is hardly ever manned and room service and cleaning is unheard of and non existent

there was no room service, we were told it would cost us extra from this even though it didn't state this on

no laundry, pool area full of spiders and dirty pool water

room service, unless stated, although the bins were emptied every day

plenty of parking, restaurant next door, green space aplenty and a tennis court if you feel fit

the hotel doesn t provide room service, which is fine but this was unknown before staying

restaurant was not open, so no room service available

room service didn't visit and lift wasn't operating

had lots of issues with poor wifi whilst staying here, which meant we also couldn t chromecast to the tv which

prefer room service at the evening burger steak sandwich etc had trouble understanding how the taps work

location was stunning. the staff were excellent. breakfast was lovely. dinner was excellent

newly renovated lovely pool and spa friendly and helpful staff great location

plus, due to the long weekend, they were giving away free chocolates for the kids as well as soft drinks and

great for families, clean and the pool was a sensation for the kids.

staff are so friendly and room service is great

the room service was also delicious

microwave was in the communal laundry, attached to the communal shower and toilet, one shared for all the rooms

only one thing , the bar fridge needs replacing, very rusty looking.
