making facilities in the individual rooms, there is a coffee machine available 24/7 in the breakfast room

loved the breakfast, room, and location

was a quick overnight stay in kennebunk on our boston to bar harbor road trip

would have been nice to have a bar and full-service restaurant on premise

there was a bar across the street, & entertainment was outside. very loud until 10pm.

the kitchenette could have used more dishes and accessories.

there is also picnic tables, bbq grills, a pool and hot tub on site

free wifi , kitchen with supplies, heated pool, location is amazing

location, kitchen convenient

put in a pet room & charged for a pet i didn t have

i did not have any breakfast there

breakfast (if included) should just be served at the time/s indicated so people can eat before they

breakfast was good

complimentary breakfast but we couldn’t get any, even at said designated times

i needed a chair outside the cabin, and parking was very tight.

pros- right on the water. heated pool. kitchenette. microwave etc. wifi was good.

comfy bed and a huge, renovated, full kitchen, with all you need to

wifi was horrible i let staff know we stayed 6 nights so this was discouraging as i have stayed

room was clean and parking was easy

the outdoor pool and spa area was very nice as well

the parking was not good, it would be good if there where brooms in the rooms to sweep.

we loved the swimming pool which was really clean

just not enough kitchen stuff to cook a meal for 6 people. otherwise, wonderful!!

each time we came back to the hotel no one was utilizing the pool or bbq grills

parking

small and had no room service had to ask for towels etc

we were within walking distance of the beach/pier which was great because the parking proved to be pretty tough

clean pool ,great location, quiet.

the wifi was so slow we couldn't even stream any shows to watch

loved the parking

the wifi didn t work at all.

the pool clean and enjoyable on our one non-beach day

they had plenty of parking for my trailer and motorcycle with no extra fees

first floor room doors open to parking lot so would only book for 2nd floor if staying with children

horrible wifi

parking

pool and hot tub were in great shape and clean

parking was a little hard as there wasn t too much space for everyone

kitchenette was poorly stocked, had too keep going too the store to buy things we needed, know knife

everything except available parking

didnt realize our room came with a private parking space so that was an added bonus

wifi

very large pool

the staff waa friendly.nice pool and jacuzzi

the owner took the time to help us with parking

the room was so hot! and the pool hours

wifi is a little slow and there are no beach towels provided.

parking is a challenge

parking is a little tight but given the space they have for parking they make the most out of it

parking not enough n they dont montier if everyone has a abellone parking pass there were 2 cars
