making facilities in the individual rooms, there is a coffee machine available 24/7 in the breakfast room

loved the breakfast, room, and location

was a quick overnight stay in kennebunk on our boston to bar harbor road trip

would have been nice to have a bar and full-service restaurant on premise

there was a bar across the street, & entertainment was outside. very loud until 10pm.

the kitchenette could have used more dishes and accessories.

there is also picnic tables, bbq grills, a pool and hot tub on site

first floor room doors open to parking lot so would only book for 2nd floor if staying with children
