breakfast was not good because of pandemic and pool was closed

i connected my phone first & tried to get wifi on laptop but it kept on giving me an error that the max allowed

clean nice king room breakfast selection decent staff nice felt parking was safe

breakfast very complete and good.

staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent

at the front desk was exceptional and very helpful in getting us on wifi

the parking lot was included which was a great plus, and didn't feel insecure as i had in multiple

rooms, cleanless, gym.

we had room service only once in our four day stay but was not informed of the time period to expect them

lobby, pool, gym were spotless

the pool was clean and nice

the laundry room was insufficient - only one washer and one dryer for the whole facility, and they were

pool and hot tub down for maintenance. washer was broken.

ample safe parking spaces on the premises and the breakfast was a delight

i also seen the kitchen staff washing their hands and taking safety measures

he was able to get us a super early check in at the end of a holiday weekend

parking for resort guest should be separate from casino guest

having the casino in the same facility.

into sat so much that i stayed an extra day, i tried to book another day online i did not have wifi in our room

couldn't believe someone was smoking whist being in the jacuzzi in an indoor spa area!

pool is heated and indoor

our apartment was on the first floor just beside the lake and the big chess which the kids loved playing in

we stayed in room 5101 which was close to the pool, gym and the eatery bary

we enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi, the little mini golf, the gym, and walking around the property was really

size of the appartement was incredible, kids were so excited to get their own bathroom

also need better lights on the mini golf course so you can play after the sun goes down
