the pool and hot tub were not open. a lot of stains on towels, being and in the tub/bathroom.

your hotel is truly pet friendly

didn't use it was difficult to understand the staff behind the counter english was not very good parking lot

got charged extra for having 6 kids and 2 adults for two rooms plus they charged me for them to go

if you have kids it was maybe 5 blocks to a nice park and playground

i never use hotel wifi not a good idea for safety

i love that they have free shuttle service to the mayo and room service is wonderful

through no fault of your own...due to covid the pool was closed and restaurant.

we asked for a late check out because or appoint wasn’t until 4:00 pm the next day

wasn't told we had to ask permission to use the gym or the pool, it was locked and our key cards wouldn't work
