there was easy entrance and parking right in front of our room

our room off roadside balcony opened to sitting room w/ sofa and kitchenette to left

we arrived, they had problem with wifi, very common as been said

not many tv channels and couldn't get into the wifi

breakfast was top of the line too, best hotel breakfast i have ever had

hotel was only about a 10 minute drive to seven springs resort, parking was in abundance, and staff was generous

pillows and bed are luxurious!!! room is beautiful with a working fireplace! staff is great.

bar service, the atmosphere, the decor, the architecture is breathtaking, the location, the

fireplaces throughout, including in our room was a great way to take the edge off the january

particularly a the bar for drinks at night, and for breakfast in the morning

but i really didn't want to start my day walking a few blocks and there is little to no free parking

restaurant was not open and there was no breakfast

the queen beds are large and more like kings, which is nice when traveling with kids

wish they had an indoor pool

the pool was a bit small but the excellent gym made up for it

we were pleasantly surprised and there was more than enough parking when we were there

limited parking and no restaurants in walking distance but several just a few minutes drive away

there is very little i dont like small parking lot no restuarants in walking distance

there is no mineral water available even in the minibar no regular laundry service although you can ask the

ate breakfast two mornings in the commoner restaurant

the restaurant only had like five items on it which did not include any kids meal options

location, staff, bar - favorite hotel in pittsburgh!
