the tv did not work in my room the wifi did not work the shower did not have hot water

advertised breakfasts but there were none

we had no wifi our entire stay we were in town for a funeral so my kids missed school and i missed work

no breakfast, which was promised on website

no laundry facilities, desk lamp and clock did not work,

the parking is far away.

room service was excellent and punctual. by far my best experience with a hotel stay.

pet free? clean unit.

restaurant and bar were great and friendly staff all around

the wednesday evening b-b-q/brew in the bar for hotel guests was great! thank you

she empathized with my situation and accomadated early check in and really made me feel at home

the staff was very nice and the view of the airport was great for the kids

we had the breakfast bar in the hotel restaurant and it was very clean, tasteful with many choices

however, all guests with pets are put on the second floor, not the 3rd

the amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, and gym.

i loved the indoor pool and gym

we loved the heated pool and hot tub!
