nice view, food, wonderful pool perfect. we really enjoyed

my issues come with untrained staff, for example the room service or dinner staff at restaurant, nothing in

wifi is fast and they offer tour packages that is a great experience and good price

the wifi was great

gym 24hrs, swimming pool on top 17th fllor is perfect view to city

coffee bar was consistently good

the pool area was rundown and dirty, and the gym, which overlooks the pool, was extremely humid

love that hotel with delicious breakfast and good location

awesome pool, nice breakfast

the wifi is bad even though we paid for best wifi service

the wifi is weak and they do not provide slippers in the room.

the gym is very spacious and has lots of updated equipment

loved the coffee bar on the ground floor too

was polite and professional and the bar made the best iced tea i had ever had, rooms are really nice

good location value for money good facilities good room good pool n gym n jaccuzi

i didn't try the on-site restaurant nor the swimming pool

were washed) 2) different room from what was shown in the pictures 3) no plates or glasses in the kitchen

they offer us everyday cleaning and do the laundry too

kitchen needed more equipment, check in takes time

pool extra cost

from prompt room service to helpful concierge recommendations, the level of attention and care contributed

good room size and breakfast

great location, great breakfast, good price!

requested a non-smoking room but my room still smell heavily like

big bath, nice breakfast and tv

there is smoking space at the lobby and smoke can come to no smoking space easily

the associated spa across the road was awful and they were very unprofessional

i had my laundry done and it was returned within a couple of hours, great affordable service thank you

the wifi was not always stabile, but not a big problem.

laundry service fee also reasonable

additionally, they had a smell of fabric softener, the same one provided for guests in the public laundry room

there is also a japanese spa upstairs, clean and absolutely my hightlight

booked hotel yah hanoi for 4nights because of there s a facility of spa

the hotel room does not have the telephone set because they use a tablet and wifi connection but i find it not

laundry & meal service are really satisfactory

the room was very well equipped, the rooftop pool was great and the gym also had everything you can expect to

nice roof top bar, with skyline view and a pool

little disappointed the rooftop bar wasn t opened however the bar in the lobby and the staff serving were

the bed sheets felt lie they had been washed too many times and wifi kept having to re-log on.

oh and the best breakfast buffet

day spa is no longer korean

gym and sauna excellent; very invigorating and relaxing

very old hotel with dated furniture, smelly gym, dirty old carpets

must be the umpteenth time (its very near to my business partner) that i am staying here - the wifi access always

good breakfast

found the language problem especially in the breakfast

complimentary breakfast was a nice touch even though there weren't too many options, also the staff was super

to have a great breakfast you should find a informative table on the table with food, which is describe available

laundry on premises and my room was cleaned everyday

room to improve: - cleanliness (at wc and bath tub) - wifi (terribly slow at 10 mbps by ookla)
