pool area was crowded and the room had no fridge

i had ordered room service to be delivered at 9:15 as

friendly desk staff; great location (you can walk anywhere in gr from here); free & safe parking; wonderful

parking lot was not plowed so no where to park except far away

wifi was weak

they also helped me with an early check in which was greatly appreciated

the place had a terrible odor, kind of like a pet store full of wet chinchillas. the

spa looked over used or cleaned too often, coating was coming off

all over the place asked to be switched to a different room and was told there was none but the parking lot was

was conveniently located near a bus stop so i could ride downtown without having to pay parking

didn t have a comforter only a thin blanket no coffee pot in room the wifi wasn t free cable was standard

a drink from the bar and i didn t even taste the alcohol in it

the gym is big and is open 24 hours

enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast and the bar at the end of the evening

there's a laundry facility on st as well as a pool and spa

was a very affordable option near the freeway and pet friendly.

wifi was on the frits but that's ok

i liked the jacuzzi room and the fact it had a pool

the wifi was nonexistent and the breakfast was corn flakes and coffee leaving a lot to be desired

location was close to where i needed to be (though the entrance to the hotel parking lot was difficult to navigate

the people up stairs were stomping around the jets in the spa rub barely worked

friendly service, breakfast restocked as needed, clean surroundings.

entering parking lot both entrance and exit are tucked in and not easy to spot driving by

family place pool,spa and games all together so you can relax while keeping an eye on your kiddos

too much clorine in spa should put less burns the eyes

really enjoyed pool hot tube breakfast and location. great place to be.

i did not like the chlorine pool and hot tub

even a partial refund for inconvenience, also why power was out meant the cameras were out in the parking lot

the wifi was horrible and not functioning. it made completing my work impossible.

the tub was slippery and parking sucked if you get in late but it was okay
