it was disappointing the restaurant was closed down. wifi was poor.

large comfortable room great wifi and bathroom. very nice view from the balcony.

laundry facilities available and easily accessible.

the view was nice, laundry was great and pool area was nice to relax.

the speed of wifi was extremely poor

you could see the gardens which the staff have clearly worked hard to maintain, and a stunning pool and bbq area

wifi was very poor for the kids

plenty of parking

pool was green cockroaches in room hair in bathroom coubord crumbs of food in the fridge freezer

the weekend we stayed the outside pool area and pool room were inaccessible for the entire weekend

was very disappointed that we could not have a buffet breakfast in the morning because the kitchen doesn't open

brilliant, polite, helpful staff great place to take the kids

while the spa tub was very nice, it does take a while to fill. worth the wait though.

room service available from the in-house restaurant- very useful after an exhausting long drive

good breakfast at the onsite cafe available from 5am, plenty of time to get to the heron island ferry

pool-bbq and oldmate let me use washing machine plus dryer

laundry facilities, quiet on long weekend, wine glasses in cupboard, slept well swimming

some parking on site, other parking in a car park opposite.

parking was good

easy access to room , plenty of parking .
