unfortunately the gym and pool were closed due to covid

wifi was hit or miss

spa closed and i wanted a pedicure. washer/dryer broken.

we had comfortable suite with well equipped kitchen and nice view. the staff was very helpful.

virus outbreak and even though the restaurants had to close and the only food available was room service, the

guest wifi network did not function. otherwise nothing

great room service with turn down etc

bar downstairs was great too, creative drinks, friendly staff

wifi didn t work, ac didn t work so the room was very warm

the extra space of having a 2 bedroom suite and the kitchen was great

we loved being able to use a mini kitchen during our stay

nothing really, it was a delight staying there. the laundry was slightly expensive though.

would be great if the pool area had adults-only times

gym needs an update

restaurant/gym closed for renovations but lots of eateries a block or two away

2) no room service facility though it was specified as available during

the spa bath had hairs in the tub and spewed black flecks of gunk when used

no idea how short the time line was for cleaning staff, no laundry support, no other facilities to

the included breakfast was lovely and having drinks on the rooftop patio was a wonderful experience

a pool and a nicer view would ve been the icing on the cake.

both the bar and the dining room were comfortable facilities with helpful service and outstanding food

i recommend room service for breakfast

from staff, room service, problem solving they are great in all aspects and we really enjoyed staying at

no pool, the spa bath didn't have jets. but that is about it.

to get to stanley park (with bikes) for the kids

i definitely recommend a visit to the spa, and if you're looking for couple's treatment or something similar,

and restaurant was super and staff were amazing ud83dudc4dud83dudc4f highly recommend the spa great

guests at the pool: played their own music, got loud, inappropriate behavior for families with kids

location, lounge and pool. walking for restaurant and shopping

i also really enjoyed the gym

the restaurant and bar is really good if you like mediterranean and seafood

staff greeted my kids with a chocolate and small bubble wand

wifi wasn't working at all while we were there for 2 nights, and didn't even show up on the list of

clean, perfect location, comfortable, cosy, friendly helpful staff from the front desk to the bar to the

help with luggage, location, fridge, getting taxis, bar and service

hotel does not have room service and it is a huge no.

the separate shower and tub were great along with the mini courtyard and fireplace

the breakfast was delicious, and happy hour in the bar was great
