be cleaned when checking in due to the key problem, ice maker was out of order all week, swimming pool was not

listed this hotel as pet friendly but, after driving 30 miles, we were told that pet friendly meant dogs only;

smaller than it looks, the jacuzzi is a mountain climb to get it, the mattress is terrible,the fireplace was

room service doesn't start till 7am
