pool is perfect, restaurant delicious, staff courteous and delightful

i thought the spa would be much larger

spa facilities and immensely dog-friendly

everything about it was perfect; the food was outstanding, the spa was tranquil and treatments fantastic and

no wifi, paper thin walls, helpless staff who tried half-heartedly to make us comfortable .

the laundry room wasn't active for guests

the wifi did not reach our room and we had to go to the lobby to get internet

i sent 2 messages requesting credit as we left the hotel for illicit activity inside and in the parking lot of

have two older kids; a 16 year old girl and a 21 year old boy

not really large enough to have kids get a lot of their energy

was a dozen of kids running up and down the hallways

of food options in the area - coffee and bar in lobby -near legoland -really good mall near by -free parking

it was nice to have a bar available to hang and eat at on top of the fact that the bartenders were awesome

the pool area ran out of towels everyday and the floor near the pool needed to be mopped ( there were

no laundry bags

pastries/cakes, along with sausages, egg and bacon - very friendly staff - nice swimming pool and gym facilities

the kids enjoyed the space, pool and the games

my kids stated that the pool had clumps of hair in it

leaving the parking lot is awkward to reach the main road

i've this same issue with wifi at other hampton inns.

room was great! the kids loved the pool

with a lot to choose from and the coffee with the different creamers was definitely a plus and my kids enjoyed
