was good, finding stuff we needed and food was easy and very quiet location pool could open later then 9pm but
no regular room service in a 4 star hotel even paying too much for the hotel
room was spacious, comfy bed with lots of pillows,free wifi and great bathroom space
room service is bad, there was no water for a day and wifi got disconnected for a day
plenty of parking for our hire car

the room was clean, the wifi was reliable, and there was no problem with hot water in the shower
provided breakfast ahead of schedule - my shuttle to the airport was before the scheduled time

had to pay 40$ extra for “early check in”, we arrived around noon.
wifi kicked out a few times, so working was a bit difficult.

i have a sleep problem and your staff found me a very nice quiet room by the pool
operator speaks too fast and don't explain clearly and gently where to take the shuttle, it was quite difficult
