signing on to wifi very confusing

no hot water / no pool / no hot tub / bad beds and pillows and would never stay there again!!!!!

want to mention that the kitchen staff and especialy the lady cook, went out of her way to acommadate me

the gym was horrible, had all the equipment, but everything had an issue

pool was green no hot tub no amenities top dollar staff in willing to help bad experience

couldn't even get to the pool without walking through thugs blocking the way smoking marijuana

great room for the price and pricing for pet was extremely reasonable

pool advertised was not usable by kids due to green color (algae maybe?), wifi did not work

appears they are making efforts to get it acceptable but a/c leaked, wifi was free but non existent and no

pool was full of green algae, disgusting

pool was closed

location, price, room was ok and wifi worked well.

sometimes it was hard to find a parking space near room.

i also like the bar and the pool tables and the beds were very comfortable

booked a king size bed room with a spa tub nd got a double queen when i got their

the spa tub in our bathroom

breakfast had many options

1. location 2. comfortable beds 3. gym

spa bathtub could use 1

free internet, breakfast, parking all enhanced our visit.
