smoking room has previously been a smokers room & reeks of tobacco

a non-smoking room, wheelchair available and also a shower for people in wheelchairs as they cannot get

no swimming pool.

the room was very clean, bar nicely stacked, situated right on broadway where you can walk or rent a scooter

could not sign into the free wifi

all the room service dishes hanging out in the hallways.

i felt like my kids were tolerated but not super appreciated

nice size room & mine was near elevator. parking fairly close to front door. beds comfortable.

gym was closed

hot tub was on but very cold kids didn’t enjoy it one bit

fireplace too close to bed so couldn't see all of it from the lounging chair

we enjoyed the upgrade with champagne and the late check out

spa tub in our room with magnificent views, noon checkout and breakfast included

no pool at this location. missing key aspect.

a couple of casinos within a 2 min drive

to wait until last day to do a couple loads of laundry because they locked laundry room an hour early first

room,i should have reserved,and exsplained which one i should reserve if i reserve in the future,laundry facility

it was less than 30 days old when we stayed here so the spa and restaurant were not yet open

staff, rooms, friendliness, location, large bathrooms, the gym, pool deck, how quiet it is.

it would have been nice to have a room service option for breakfast.

my husband enjoyed the gym

if your parking is at the back, you have to walk around in front to enter the hotel

the room is very clean and cozy, breakfast is good, everything is good.
