wifi a bit slow

tea while waiting, dining room was lovely and bright and a great view of the garden, small bar area was nice

really lovely property and very clean, good parking and beautiful surroundings.

about the bar closing time, informed by reception on arrival that bar is open all hours only to be told

next to lake, good space and facilities for kids. excellent (although reasonably pricey) roast.

ideal are the out-side rooms straight accessible from carpark, when you have a pet with you

with rubbish disposal, thankfully we brought our own bags as we know what is like travelling with kids and a

room service

only issue we had was the wifi, and not being able to set up the smart tv properly to watch films

as we were away from the hotel at an event and didn't have time to use other facilities like the spa and restaurant

didn t realise there were spa facilities so would like to try them next time

hotel later than expected but reception staff was so friendly and kind enough to inform us about room service

on how good the room service food was we were expecting breakfast to be the same, but it was a little disappointing

and staff were so friendly and accommodating during our stay, even preparing for a delicious breakfast for us,

the staff were extremely helpful and we had an excellent meal and breakfast

marius and jess at bar were always friendly and helpful

room is very comfortable with lovely bed linen , good shower room and good wifi

bar and rooms with plenty of parking in close proximity to guildford and winkworth arboretum
