well lit parking

spacious, well located for our purposes, plenty of parking space. coffee freely available.

breakfast was just fine.

the crackheads in the parking lot. exterior was so janky i didn't even check in.

wifi was not working at the room. it works only near front office.

after i checked in there were 3 cop cars in the parking lot

wifi in the room didn't work nor the bathrooms were clean plus no hot water.

the morning, i don't know if it was reassuring or troubling to see the police car in the parking lot

i could not connect with the internet. the wifi signal for my room was too weak to connect with

close to 12 oaks mall staff was friendly bar and restaurant are very good

kids running around at all hours even called the front desk

dirty with cup stains still on them but we got they re so late we just went to bed and expected room service

the security guard at night does an amazing job keeping kids quiet

there's no room service for food from the restaurant & there were no towels.

also the breakfast time period was very generous(4 hours

this motel was less expensive than motels in detroit, with ample free parking and breakfast included

clean! close! comfortable! everything open! pool! breakfast!

the pool was only open 11-3. was only there for one night,so the kids couldn't use the pool

the pool was fun ud83dude0a the kids had a blast

breakfast was a nice bonus

loved all the improvements that were being made so far, the breakfast was amazing and it was a very clean place

they also should monitor activities taking place in the parking lot in the late hours

breakfast consisted of a danish/donut wrapped with a oatmeal protein bar in a bag

the jacuzzi was nice; took forever to fill up but nice; a lot of parking

no breakfast left when we went down 45 min before 11

two threadbare washcloths and two towels for a reservation for three adults and two children under three

burned out lightbulb, and no room service at all for a three night stay

there was trash on the ground right in the door coming in from the parking lot from where the trash had not

i liked the staff,they were friendly,and the bar and grill was next door.

breakfast was very good room was very spacious.

luckily, we could cool the water in the spa to combat the heat

closed the breakfast bar 15 minutes early
