they had laundry facilities down the hall on the first floor that were very convenient
had fun in the pool
hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are comfortable, the spa is open late, and the breakfast in the morning
everything was more than expected. parking was quite crowded, but that couldn't be helped.

also, floor area around pool is entirely to slippery
i used the fitness center and the pool both are great

the hotel (very clean, upgraded rooms (nice amenities in room/spacious rooms); pet friendly @ no cost
breakfast was great and unlike other hotels they put out enough food to serve all guest
great location close to the airport, big room, shuttle to the airport, nice staff
the airport shuttle was a big plus for us

we went to the hollywood casino for crab leg buffet and there was no buffet
then when we got back to the hotel after being at the smoky casino, we were told there was no hot water
room service doesn't start till 7am
great location close to hollywood casino, since the casino does not have a hotel
they had a shuttle to the kansas speedway which was nice but could use more shuttles

the pet fee is outrageous (30$ a night) for a
pool and hot tube water was perfect temp couldn't have been any better

we couldnt utilize rhe sqimming pool because it was allegedly down for construction but yet no construction
