the kids really liked the pool, including my toddler who is a little afraid of water

pool was fun and relaxing kids really enjoyed it

great hotel for families with a very child friendly pool

cleanliness, room quality of materials and bedding, building design, activities in the pool, gym, great breakfast

sometimes it's just nice to walk across the parking lot to get a meal

there were multiple stains in the carpet, likely from pets

breakfast bar could use fresher fruit and have someone there to service it

quiet, good parking

the thing i did not like was that the pool was locked at 11pm.

parking lots on the west and south sides were not cleared properly of snow, and it was hazardous

stayed in the deluxe king suite which was more than enough room and we also enjoyed the spa

nice kitchen area

also there were dirty sheets in the hallway by rooms trash throughout the halls and the parking lot was lined

they had a pool but looks like they havent used it in years

where a few vechiles there that where parked there too long covered in snow taking up parking for

zero amenities -no pool, no breakfast despite these being listed and shown on their website

i didn't like that they don't have a pool
