we went swimming in the pool and the lake which were both refreshing and relaxing

kids really enjoyed the

- many things were not well maintained or broken - wifi not accessible in every room

the breakfast and dinner are delicious and served in good portions

breakfast was delicious and plentiful--fresh juice, fruit, eggs, beans, tortillas

but this was not really an issue because they let us use the spa pool instead for free, plus there is the hot

my massage at the spa was just ok

on the lake was magical, the room fantastic, the staff were lovely, the food great, especially breakfast

staff were helpful, wifi worked well, it was extremely clean

wifi was nonexistent in our room but not too bad downstairs in the restaurant but there was clearly

the pool allowed for a cool off and provided atmosphere around the breakfast bar area

it was kept on the kitchen worktop, nowhere near a phone

given our spanish was very poor - the food at the hotel is really good, nice touch preparing the breakfast boxes

swam in the pool, relaxed in the hotel and then they offer boat transfer to flores at no cost
