great rooms with jacuzzi bath and a beautiful yard and pool

the air conditioning was not strong enough though… the bar closes pretty early and the spa amenities are

parking place behind the hotel

parking was convenient but didn't look

i had an awesome lunch from the snack bar by the pool

the gym looked terrific, but i didn't have time to use it

i loved the spa, the heated pool water

on our 2nd morning on breakfast it was a total mess - there were no plates, long lines, missing products, no

a nice place for the family ,the gym was great

warm water was mainly for childrem but here was like opposite, ccildren were not allowed because bar with alcohol

breakfast was amazing served on our table ( due to covid19) , tasty and fresh

was perfect , we are family with 2 kids , 2 years and 5 year old

prices of room service and restaurant are truly good though

gym was closed at 6 am

rooms were extremely clean with all the required tools as well as an amazing room service team

marwan, they are very kind, the breakfast was perfect, swimming pool is outdoor and the gym small but good,

the breakfast is amazing and has a great variety of food

there is parking available outside the hotel as well as valet parking service

we enjoyed all the facilities from pools and rooms to the spa which was also very nice and calm with a welcomming

enough separation between guests with kids to single people who would like to have some peace and quiet

the swimming pool was a little cold.

but it cost a lot of money and the spa

there's a pool on the lower ground, and enjoyed some time by myself in the spa

beach was not working the kids club was not working during my staying there was a yearly party for the staff

breakfast was fairly basic and a bit of a disaster for someone who is not a seasoned traveller

the only good thing about this place is the breakfast

rooftop has no view but a laundry line. we moved to 4th floor with extra charge. basic room

so lovely and helped us with everything, he offered us the best room and we were allowed to do a late check out

the club had something for everyone from kids to a quiet area for us which we loved

hotel was not full and the staff gave as a room with a shared door to a room with a couple a 2 kids

also staff is very helpful, doesn't matter the time they will assist you 7/24 they also can offer laundry service
