a stayover i didn't get coffee packets for the next morning, no dirty laundry bags in rm, no replacement towel

whirlpool & laundry was broken & no vending machines

despite some hurricane damage, the pool was still in good shape

room was beautiful and the spa tub was the best one i ve ever used

not heated; some room furniture very uncomfortable; wifi connection had to be constantly reset

there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers in the entire hotel, making it difficult to do laundry due to a constant

my request for early check in & a corner room were granted yet i was expecting a much better view

but it was still nice for our kids

on the beach, resort style, s’mores by the fire pit, on site restaurant and many activities for kids to enjoy

with 2 kids at 10 am all chairs were booked by towels and i did not have space to where put my things and

phone was not working, and a stronger wifi
