enjoyed that there was a gym, but i was surprised there were no weights to use

liked free wifi & parking was reasonable

we were with our 2 young daughters, so we just wanted to quickly experience the bar and go back to our room

the included breakfast was lovely and having drinks on the rooftop patio was a wonderful experience

even to include the channel listings (helpful for us foreigners) and to describe that there was a gym (where

breakfast was served in the adjoining restaurant, where we also enjoyed an evening meal

not really a family hotel as there are no kids amenities.

wifi excellent

free bike rentals (biked stanley park) and gym were a plus

we ate in restaurant and food was good ( room service too ) we loved our stay and would definately come back

- suites are well equipped - large fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave - they even include laundry

gym is still close :(

their rooms/suites are wonderful, fully equipt kitchens and in suite laundry is the cherry on top

remodeling is going great, big step up from before. good hotel gym

lots of food options within block provided an alternative to room service, both restaurants for take out

room for families with a separate bedroom and fold out couch in the lounge for the kids

contained and had good facilities etc laundry gym cafe restaurant

location, clean, good for family with teenager kids-separate room, full kitchen

loved the access to a kitchen as well as great bar /restaurant on the premise

beautiful place and bar was lovely

looked at spa prices and breakfast prices and decided to go else where

the gym equipment was quite limited, which was disappointing

just needs a pool

piano player in the bar, fireplace, friendly welcome

great room and location. gym was fabulous too

guest wifi network did not function. otherwise nothing

nicely decorated and very comfortable room, very friendly and efficient staff, wonderful breakfast

pool was in their nightclub which i did actually like as a quirk, but it was quite cold and there

everything from indoor hot outdoor pool and the tech they used in room most things u can control with 3 panals

could have done with self service laundry facilities.

saw a hair in the bed cover that was not mine and i wished the would not leave the room service cart in the

that is pet friendly and the staff was very kind

the gym was excellent also

breakfast could be improved. noise in the lobby lounge excessive at busy times

room service and the food at the restaurants was excellent

the restaurant/ bar on site (the botanist) also very good

my favourite part was the pool and the spa

kids aren t allowed after 10, which is understandable
