couldn't get a better location 5 minute walk to temple bar and wifi really good

staff very accommodating on early check in request, very clean, modern & comfortable

breakfast,being in city centre,having kettle and safe in room , brilliant mattress good 8 hours

everything especially the breakfast

we were able to find a sports bar around the corner who played he game we

(we weren't told how to get to our room/where the lifts were/wifi passwords or what time breakfast was at

room service calling out to neighbour and knocking loudly after midnight

we booked for two nights and had to change room on the second night, very annoying as a mum of 2 kids under

we could hear some kids in room next to ours.

the gym had weights and clean towels and water

some spa facilities not working, no room service, limited dinner menu to 3 mains, quite expensive for the price

also reception was kind enough to arrange late check

needs a gym mat in the gym

spa area was beautiful

clean, modern hotel with good gym and food
