solid floor in pet friendly room so no stinky carpet

wish i had a pet-friendly dark-colored towel and a small dog-friendly throw blanket in my room to lay on the

location. convenient parking and easy check in.

loved the self check-in and parking the van outside our door reserved just for us

location, cozy, decorated well, clean, was nice to have dvd s options, yummy evening treat & breakfast

they put some food in the fridge for you with milk and orange juice with breakfast

the room was more like a small apartment with a kitchen area, king size bed and large accommodating bathroom

breakfast was really good, we especially loved the little treats that johnathan left in our room

continental breakfast was good and the location was right in the heart if saugatuk, mi

the grounds were pet friendly with plenty of green space

pool is awesome

wifi - weak signal tv small and not hd (foot ball season!)

only negative thing i have to say is the wifi was poor

property was very clean, bedroom, bathrooms, pool area, and jacuzzi

the beds were comfy, lots of parking and the hotel was in a very quaint, quiet area of saugatuck

wifi service was pretty weak. we had trouble with our connection throughout.

parking was good, parked right outside our first floor window, with the room being steps away from

the staff were awesome. check in and check out were flawless. happy people. plenty of parking.

down the highway to get a bite to eat at fast food, unless you like chinese which is across the parking lot

i recommend the chinese restaurant on the same parking lot too

finally a pool that was working and clean. this hotel was clean and had everything we needed.

no breakfast day two

1st night very noisy kids running up and down. adult noise. 2 mornings no coffee.

night, there were a lot of young families, people/college kids maybe making lots of noise in the hallways all

gym was disappointing

room was at the end of the hall, which was great because my wife and i were overnight without the kids

it was awesome and the pool was great.

i loved the domes! the pool was great and the music made for a very chill vibe

the bathroom and kitchen were in same room,no separation. it was very uncouth.

breakfast was simple but elegant and delicious: eggs with peppers and onions potatoes and candied
