we couldn't use the pool as it was still being cleaned

just ten min walking, the hotel was great with nice staff, with insider parking to cars and great bar next to

the swimming pool was beautiful, and despite being a bit out of town, it was an oasis of peace and quiet

the hotel offered very limited dining option of room service as restaurants were closed ( could have been

no issues at all and had a gym, parking and all the usual amenities one would expect but is a little further

reception area and bar/cafe area, pool area is lovely, staff all very friendly, spa facilities excellent and

kindly allowed early check in and let me swap rooms after giving me a room with a terrace but without the city

finally we also had lunch at the restaurant to get a late check out on our last day

the hotel is probably not great for younger kids as there are many beautiful musical instruments on display -

we had reached early and were prepared to leave our luggage at the reception to go out and explore the town

com saying 5kg s of laundry was 20 , but when i paid for the service it was 37

we used the laundry service for a reasonable cost and clothing was promptly delivered at the end of the day

a worker came to the pool and with utterly bad manners wanted to take my kids off the pool because he said we

of staff serving food or drinks long waits at reception were told kids made noise in the corridor when they didn

furthermore, the wifi was available and properly working on one side of the room, but not the other one, where

pillow too hard, wifi connection too slow

from reception, to by the pool and the rooftop bar, all the staff went out of their way to be helpful and were

restaurant useful but not very good kitchen, good for emergencies

the hotel told us there was no room service or bar food because they were preparing a gala dinner

the roof top is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a drink, in the summer with the pool is great for sure

this hotel as everything but a pool and really who has time for a pool with so much to see and do in

great breakfast. staff is sharp and quick. great location. cost and benefit was excellent.
