the indoor pool temperature was too cold.
location and facilities. we were upgraded to a panda room which was lived by kids
it’s a great place to stay with kids
because of it i had an issue with my spa appointment and as a result i didn't have spa :( all the rest
we even got a late check out

the breakfast is extended, and the self-service laundry is very helpful if you travel for a longer time
the laundry room could also be improved, however, may not be possible due to the size of the hotel

the hotel is nice and in a good area i enjoyed the breakfast

great cafe area on 6th floor, pool table, can buy food and drinks til 11pm
