the wifi wasn t working for half of my stay

to hang clothes in the room and the tv channels were not set up, but the young lady behind the bar solved the

staff were very friendly loads of parking spaces amazingly powerful shower close to edinburgh and newcraighall

location, easy parking, brilliant wifi connection in room, and no password required

really good food and nice breakfast

also free wifi

laundry service available if required

i was staying there with my two kids and i always had to tell them not to touch things

nicely located property with ample free parking close by and very close to a bus stop with excellent service to

parking was free and an extra bonus

beautiful buildings, wonderful staff and room service facilities.

the breakfast and room service from the bistro was also excellent

loved the courtyard. bistro and bar were comfortable and food and drinks excellent.

lovely room and the bar and breakfast were also very good

the art everywhere is gorgeous, the bar has a great vibe, and tony the whisky guy is full of amazing knowledge

wifi connection kept

wifi is free but the connection is very bad 2

basement apartment was excellent - a huge room with sitting area and well equipped kitchen diner

the location is quiet- central enough to walk to the centre of town with 2 kids but far enough for peace and

wifi was awful, i needed it for work purposes even thou on holiday

no wifi in room only the lounge. no bath. no armchair to relax in ( room 8)

wifi connection was great when it connected, but it was a tad spotty

it was clean, with a warm welcome, and we found a great little wine bar nearby

felt cramped and glad to leave the next day you could really only stay one night had to pay for wifi falks so

bar with views of castle were stunning

was very strong cooking and kitchen like smell in our room for the full stay

great facilities esp the gym equipment

even the room service staff were incredibly kind
