no access to wifi in the updated rooms, therefore the smart tv did not work.

breakfast was perfect and everything overall everything was great

in the room, we heard the music from the bar but it closed fairly early and after that it was quiet for the

lack of parking for people who stay at the crusoe hotel.

bumped up to take advantage of the demand for accommodation brought on for the nearby 150th open golf championship

loved it, although they could perhaps squeeze a little kids play area in the grounds somewhere

ordered room service, the service was very punctual and friendly, but the food was cold

all of it but room service appeared to finish at midnight

and in rooms - we were half board but no one told us how it worked/our allowance, no info re wifi ect menu felt

only complaint is the noise out side was bad on the weekend and i felt the pet fee was a bit too much

had put rose petals and balloons on the bed without a request

fruit and fried eggs some food for kids needed to be added

wifi connection was very bad

great room, loads of parking, excellent food, and great staff. what more do you need

wifi was poor, television channels weren't all working properly

grounds, entry, old part of the building and ev charging. good beds.
