great view of the pool and scenery from room.

it said there was 2 pools but there was only one. also the pool wasn't clean.

we liked that there was a swimming pool

the wifi was also on and off

dog-friendly (there is an additional fee of 250 pesos per night), which made traveling with our pet much easier

the kitchenette was well stocked, the apartment was very clean, and the beds were comfortable

the door looked like it was kicked open at one point, no wifi in the room which was really disappointing and

to have some liquids available to drink, iknow they don't have a kitchen , but a water bottle wouldn't hurt to

the wifi was a bit iffy.

linens, toilet paper, and laundry was too heavily fragranced

parking and traffic are concerns, but it is the city center

the service all around from front desk to room service to the restaurant needs to be improved

the ceiling does not let me sleep during day hated the bells all day every half and hr horrible wifi

no hand soap in the public restrooms pool isn t open hot tub was not hot at all

the spa is also beautiful and so relaxing

bar and restaurant service was otherwise excellent

i sorry but i couldn't get the breakfast in the hotel

robes, slippers, sunscreen and aloe by the pool

private parking available, close to downtown and the zoo

parking was included. beautiful interiors.
