the wifi did not work at all

the spa bath was not completely clean

good rooms which are quite recent in a nice area. the tapas bar down the road

bar downstairs was open late, so loud

great value for money, nicely decorated comfortable room with good wifi.

spa bath in the bedroom, we found it to be very impersonal and would have preferred a nice walk in

for pet owners the close proximity of the duero river to exercise their pet is a tangible benefit

hotel was very clean and i liked the fact that is had a small gym so i could get my workout

only one staff member spoke english .. the daytime concierge bar staff surley

poo or spa facilities weren t clear. always seemed to be closed.

very comfortable and clean. we used the spa and it was a nice break. the breakfast was great too

wifi signal was weak to nonexistent in our room, but worked okay in the public areas
